Fill your own Capsules

There are Many handy capsule filling machines.
I have used the capsule machine and the green one and found them both good.

When selecting a machine always check that the
machine and capsules size match.

We use size ”0” and find we can get approximately
600mg of turmeric in them.

With other spices you may get more or less it
depends on the density of the product.
